FileNet Rendition Engine Installation error

Troubleshooting


Problem

After installation of the FileNet Rendition Engine errors are received in the LiquentServicesInstall.log

Symptom

Review of the LiquentServicesInstall.log shows the following two errors:

<LOG>10/18/2012 15:45:04|INFO|filenet_readmin_dev|<ServerName>|LiquentServicesInstall|OnFirstUIBefore|Setup.Rul|126|0x6F4|Unknown|FeatureSelectItem Failed with error code: -105

AND

ERROR CODE: 1801 The printer name is invalid.
