FileNet Export: Datacap commit to FileNet error handling

Product Documentation

Abstract

When a document was not successfully uploaded to a P8 Object Store, no obvious error was returned by the FileNetP8 actions. The FNP8_Upload action returned an error to the RRS log. However, the actions did not abort the batch. The batch was set to finished, and therefore, the calling application had no indication that the FileNet P8 upload failed.
