Problem

An error occurs on Windows 8 and Windows 2012 when FileNet Enterprise Manager tries to connect through SSL to Content Platform Engine on WebSphere Application Server 7.

Symptom

FileNet Enterprise Manager displays the following error: "A network error occurred when processing a Web service request or response. See the nested exception for specific details. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream."
