Problem
When executing the task "configure mssql gcd jdbc data source" in the FileNet configuration tool, an error occurs preventing the successful creation of the data source.
Symptom
The configuration tool reports a failure to connect to the DataSource, specifically citing a TCP/IP connection failure to the SQL Server host on port 1433. The error message includes:
