This technical document serves as an End of Support (EoS) announcement for the following products:
Application Engine 4.0.2.x.x and all earlier releases
This also includes any corresponding IBM FileNet Integration for Microsoft Office (FIMO) releases

End of Support (EoS) date: April 30, 2019
What this means to you:
- There will be no Service Extensions offered beyond April 30, 2019.
- Three years of Continuing Support is available for this product, starting May 1, 2019 and ending April 30, 2022. For details, refer to: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg22004831
- Application Engine's Java certificates will expire Aug 5, 2021.
- You will want to make plans to upgrade your environments to the most recent build of IBM Content Navigator in order to take advantage of the newest features and code enhancements. https://www.ibm.com/us-en/marketplace/content-navigator
- If you require in-depth assistance on determining impact or the best methods to upgrade your environments, please engage IBM ECM Lab Services.
