Symptom
When attempting to open an XML map the following error is generated: This file uses an unsupported syntax. It cannot be opened.
Error Message
This file uses an unsupported syntax. It cannot be opened.
Resolving the problem
XML maps cannot be opened with the Gentran:Server Map Editor unless the XML Option has been installed.
To resolved the error install the XML Option from the Gentran:Server Options Pack
