When you initially submit your file for validation you can movethe same cleanly validated file all the way through the validation> registration > publication process as each process successfullycompletes.
Note: Using this option requires that the Publication tab be completedprior to the first submission of the Toolkit.
When you receive confirmation that your file has been successfullyregistered click Publish Data to publish yourvalidated and registered file.
