Problem
File open errors when transferring a file
Symptom
When files are created by a user/group other than that of the Connect:Direct user, Connect:Direct cannot do a copy if the UNIX mv command is used to put the file into the staging directory. The file can be copied if the UNIX cp command is used to put the file into the staging directory.
