Problem
This technote explains how to resolve the issue that occurs when after starting IBM® Rational® ClearCase® (CC) Explorer the names of files and folders are not displayed.
Symptom
When the user starts ClearCase Explorer they don't see any names of the files or folders although other fields are properly displayed such as the size, kind, modified and version information columns.
