Fetch Error when browsing data source in Optim Connect Studio 5.3.3

Problem

When browsing a data source using query_tool in Optim Connect Studio 5.3.3, you may receive a SDK9051E: FETCH ERROR

Symptom

Using nav_util you are able to connect to the data source successfully, but when using the query tool in Connect Studio 5.3.3, the following error is reported:
