Troubleshooting
Problem
Cannot open COM+ Application in Component services. EP Services cannot start. Errors in Configuration Manager when apply is run.
Symptom
A Fatal Error has occurred in the startup section of the application.
The system application on this computer is currently not available
Apply in config man produces the following error:
