FAQ: Why am I getting Status Error messages back to SAP from G:Server iSeries when there are no errors on processing?

Answer

When I translate outbound SAP IDOCs Gentran always reports "Error During Translation" (status 05) and "Error during syntax check" (status 07) back to SAP even though there are no errors during processing.???

Make sure you are :?Saving the idoc number into constant-40 on the first element
