Failure Class and Failure Code Clean Up

Troubleshooting

Problem

Need to remove Failure classes and codes that are no longer in use.

Symptom

We are wanting to clean up the failure classes and codes. When we attempt to delete, it states this class or code is being used by an asset or work order respectfully.

Some of the classes and codes are referenced in closed work orders and decommissioned assets. Is there a way to clean them up?
