Failed to trigger db2 environment(DB21018E A system error occurred) from non-instance user

Troubleshooting


Problem

When try to use a non-instance user to trigger db2 environment and execute db2 command,  it failed with following error
 

su - testuser

. /home/db2inst1/sqllib/db2profile

db2
DB21018E A system error occurred. The command line processor could not continue processing.

db2 connect to sample
DB21018E A system error occurred. The command line processor could not continue processing.

Nothing special recorded in db2diag.log.
