Problem

WebSphere Application Server (WAS) failed to start up. An error similar to below is found in the SystemOut.log: ====== * SQLException during execution of sql-statement: * sql statement was 'SELECT A0.uri,A0.xml FROM EPackage A0' * Exception message is [DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-204, SQLSTATE=42704, SQLERRMC=ISDB201.EPACKAGE, DRIVER=3.58.135] ======

Symptom

WAS failed to start up. An error similar to below can be found in the SystemOut.log:
