Troubleshooting


Problem

When executing a report or testing a data source connection several dozen of BIBusTKServerMain processes are spawned and an error message is displayed. But there are no problems navigating through the Cognos portal or starting the Cognos service.

Symptom

DPR-DPR-1035 Dispatcher detected an error.
Failed to send HTTP request or read HTTP response.
External Report Server process cannot be started.
