Problem

Error saving new Data Source in Information Analyzer: [rea.UI.DataStoreViewController] [DEBUG] com.ascential.investigate.cas.exception.CASPersistanceException: Failed to persist Database

Symptom

Direct error "This operation could not be completed at this time. Please try again later." in the "Error in saving host."

Diagnosing The Problem

Click the Save Log on error shown in Symptom to diagnosis.

Resolving The Problem

Ensure the user has the Common Metadata Administrator role assigned.
