login error

Resolving The Problem

The following briefly explains how to troubleshoot and resolve the RPA client login errors:
  1.  Invalid credentials -  incorrect username and/or password is entered.
  2. Non-Existent User - username used to login does not exist in the Control Room that you are trying to connect to. Get the administrator to create a new RPA client user for you
  3. Unlicensed User - the username used is not allocated the required license. Check the user details in Control Room to see the license that you are assigned to.
  4. Unverified - email verification is pending.
  5. Inactive User - username used to login is disabled. Get the administrator to enable it again from Control Room.
  6. User is registered on another machine -you tried to log in from a different machine than the one from which you have registered. Get the administrator to delete/recreate the username to remove the existing records from devices table.
  7. Version incompatibility - the RPA client version is not compatible with the Control Room version that you are trying to connect to. Uninstall the RPA client and install the compatible version.
