'Failed to log on' error when multiple users attempting Analyst logon using remote services (Citrix or terminal services).

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users logging into Analyst Excel Add-In receive an error 'failed to logon' when another user is already logged in and active in the application.

Symptom

When logging into Analyst from Excel - error encountered is 'Failed to log on to Access Manager. Logon aborted.'

Two or more simultaneous users accessing Analyst vis remote desktop.
