Problem
When a user selects the Document Processing page from the Zen Automations page, the user receives an error.
Failed to gather the projects
Symptom
The cdra log will show:
[WARNING ] FNRDR2010W: ResponseError [code: '0', request-id: '5b08a3ea-0a0f-40c3-9af0-cd41ad2418b3']: An unexpected error occurred: Failed to gather the projects
