Problem
com.ibm.framework.BaseException during connect to EIS server in a new workspace
Symptom
If you start a new workspace, import a WBI adapter, like PSFT, JDBC, JDE, Siebel, SAP or Oracle adapter, after selecting target runtime and adding dependency files, try to connect to back-end EIS server, it may fail to connect to EIS serve with an error pop up window shown up, like SAP, it will show those information from the pop up window:
com.ibm.adapter.framework.BaseException
Reason:
com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception
