Failed condition: 0, 'getutcdate' is not a recognized function name

Troubleshooting


Problem

This technote identifies an issue that can occur in IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® (CQ) when logging into the CQ with a Microsoft® SQL Server 7.0 database that is at CQ Feature Level 6.

Symptom

This issue occurs when you try to log into the ClearQuest Client when the back-end database is on SQL Server 7.0 and your database is at Feature Level 6. A trace will give the following output:
