Troubleshooting
Problem
When starting notebook, found following error in the ipython.log file:
"Service expected the timestamp of 160592902xxxx> but found 160547252xxxx. The local Jupyter deployment is incomplete or out of date."
Symptom
When notebook is deployed on local file system, above error happens when you launch the notebook on a specific problematic host.
