Problem
Fail to Install Optim Performance Manager 5.3.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with Application Exception Detals: ZeroGu2: Windows DLL failed to load
Symptom
When running OPM 5.3.1 installation file "IOPM.server.v5.3.1.0.install-on-win64.exe" on Windows Server 2012 R2, user will hit the following Fatal Application Error:
If clicking "Details..." button, user will see the following Application Exception Details:
