External Purge causing Deadlocks on database and throwing "Queue Full" errors Deleting Docs from disk

Troubleshooting


Problem

Customer is using the External Purge and has the Document Storage set to file system. The external purge is deleting data from the database faster than it can delete the documents from the file system. This is causing a number of errors in the logs and also some deadlocks on the Oracle database.
