Problem
57xxSS1 Option 1, Extended Base Support, fails to install because of error message CPF327E.
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade failed to install extended base support (57xxSS1 Option 1).
An attempt to install the product again failed with message CPF327E with a return code of 3 for SYSLANGS:
Message CPF327E RC3:
Alternative name for file SYSLANGS not allowed
3 - The alternative name could not be verified as a duplicate of other
file's alternative names in library QSYS2 because of problems with the system
cross reference files.
Do a RCLSTG *DBXREF (usually takes a few minutes and requires the system be in restricted state), sign off and back on as QSECOFR, and install the extended base support again using GO LICPGM Option 11 with the appropriate media loaded. For 7.2 and later releases, mount the B_GROUPx_02 volume or image to install 5770SS1 opt 1.
