Is ext4 File System type supported by IBM Content Manager Enterprise Edition?
Cause
When you try to add a New File System Volume, the ext4 File System type are not listed. You can only see ext2 and ext3 File Systems in the list (Volume Label).
Answer
ext4 is not supported by Content Manager Enterprise Edition (CM), and there are no plans to support it for now (current version is v8.5).
CM supports only ext2 and ext3 File Systems.
So, CM System Administration Client may not recognize a non-ext2 or non-ext3 File System.
