Exporting .spv file to Word creates an empty document

Problem

I have been using PASW Statistics version 18 and then also patched to version 18.0.2. I am having a problem with exporting to Word. After I choose File->Export from the menu, I choose to select All objects and have the document type listed as Word/RTF (*.doc). I browse to my desired location and give the file a name. I click OK and do see the Exporting Progress dialog and the file is created in the location. However, the resulting file is not populated and is listed as 0 KM in size. Also occasionally when attempting to open the resulting .doc file, I see "x.doc is locked for editing by 'another user'. Do you want to: - Open a Read Only copy - Create a local copy and merge your changes later - Recive notificaition when the original copy is available" None of these options are at all helpful in opening the file. Am I doing something wrong when I export?
