Problem

Explain Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Traffic capture.

Solution
SOAP?XML behaves similar to HTTP Posts which Passive Capture Application (PCA) server can capture.? Tealeaf captures?SOAP XMLas long as it is being served by the same webserver that PCA is sniffing or capturing from.? If the SOAP calls are going to another N-Tier server different from your webserver it needs to be configured in your network to provide that traffic to PCA as well.

Tealeaf captures SOAP traffic as long as it is exchanged between the client browsers and your web servers.? This SOAP capture may require tweaking of the PCA.? Identify what you are trying to monitor on this traffic.
