Expired LDAP Password does not prompt user to change.

Troubleshooting


Problem

When using IBM Security Directory Server (or Tivoli), when a password expires, the user logging into Cognos does not get asked to change it.

Symptom

Authenticating with an expired password returns the user back to the login page with "Invalid credentials"
