This technote explains how to resolve an error: General un-handled exception occurred during socket I/O read from web-server, that can occur when executing a Siebel test in IBM Rational Performance Tester.
Symptom
The full error message is as follows:
General un-handled exception occurred during socket I/O read from web-server 'psrvjiusblgtwe.prepcablemas.net' retrieving URI '/eCommunications_esn/start.swe'. Explanation message:'java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.'
