Troubleshooting
Problem
When importing a Product Activation Kit (for example, the RADlic.jar) for any version 7.0 Rational® Software Development Platform (SDP) desktop products through IBM® Installation Manager (IM), you might encounter a licensing error.
Symptom
The error would be similar to the following:
Error installing License key and agreement for Rational Application Developer V7.0 Product.
Error during "collect" phase:
'zip rad-7.0-perm.lum 1.0.0' does not exist in C:\MyInstallations\RADKey\Radkey3 (at native/rad-7.0-perm.lum_1.0.0.zip).
