Symptom
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:

encoding not little-endian
Spadmin.sh will not come up.
Cause
Java not pointing to the JRE installed with the product.
Resolving The Problem
Apply both Connect:Direct UNIX Version 3.6.01 maintenance and Secure+ Version 3.1.02.
