Troubleshooting
Problem
In both Graphical Scheduler and in Graphical Assignment when you use the toolbar button "Export Grid Data to your spreadsheet program" you receive the error below if you try to open the file in Excel:
"Excel cannot open the file 'filename.xlsx' because the file format for the file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."
