Excel add-in - Process cannot access the file .... because it is being used by
another process.

Troubleshooting


Problem

One user finds that MS Excel is crashing/not responding when trying to open reports via Excel Add-In (Controller Add- In --> Reports --> Open). Other users don't have this problem. Clear local cache/ deleting the content of %appdata%\cognos\ccr did not help.
