Troubleshooting
Problem
Get the following errors when a user (of a specific group or role) tries:
1) Uploading files
{"msg":"MSR_GEN_0069 Internal error trying to upload a file.","exceptionMsg":null}
2) Adding a package to a dashboard
The metadata for '<package>' did not load. Please contact your administrator for details
3) Creating a data module from an existing data module
"Could not create new module: CM-REQ-4012 You do not have the appropriate permissions to update or delete the object "<Path through namespace to the users CAMID>" or a related object."
However this may work for other users such as those in the system administrators role.
All capabilities set correctly for the affected users' groups and roles.
