Troubleshooting
Problem
User runs any system report (also known as 'standard reports'), such as 'Company Structure Reports (Preview)'. User receives error messages.
Symptom
Screen errors:
Adobe Reader
An internal error occurred.

There is a problem With Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Please exit Adobe Acrobat/Reader and try again.

AcroRd32.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x014ced1e" referenced memory at "0x00000038". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
