Errors BMXAA4160E and BMXAA5189E when Applying Settings in Logging application

Summary

When trying to make changes in logger levels in Logging application, it's possible to save them but it's not possible to Apply Settings showing the error in UI:

BMXAA4160E - A major exception has occurred. Check the system log to see if there are any companion errors logged. Report this error to your system administrator.

BMXAA5189E - Failed to load logging settings from the database.
