Problem

How do you unlock a Management Console user account if it is locked?

Symptom

You cannot log into Management Console and receive the following error message:

Your account has been locked because the number of consecutive log-in failures exceeded the maximum allowed. Please contact your IBM InfoSphere Change Data Capture administrator for assistance.
