There are error messages as below when connect to Platform Symphony database in Derby, " ERROR XJ040: Failed to start database '/opt/ibm/platformsymphony/611/perf/data/app' with class loader sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader@51e851e8, see the next exception for details. ERROR XSDB6: Another instance of Derby may have already booted the database /opt/ibm/platformsymphony/611/perf/data/app. "
