Problem
I.T. administrator is attempting to apply the Oracle 10G client patch (#5473334, also known as odac10.2.0.2.20) to their Controller application server. This is in order to avoid the problem described inside IBM Technote #1347434ee. During the installation wizard, the administrator receives an error message, and the installation cannot proceed.
