Error while uploading supplier template using Batch Upload.

Answer

Cause: User getting an error while uploading supplier template using Batch Upload.

Error: More than one Supplier found for the given lookup values: (Data Source.ID is equal to 10) AND ((Record State is equal to 0) OR (Record State is equal to 2)

Product Area: VSM > Batch Upload.

Fix:

- Created same Batch Upload Definition as per customer.

- Tried to upload the file > We get the error mentioned above.

- Change the LookUp to "Company Name" field.

- Uploaded the file and it was completed successfully.

Observation: Customer has kept the Lookup field " External Supplier Id " blank in Upload File this is the reason of the error. It should not be blank. So as per general practice made "Company Name" field as Lookup and put value in it and it got completed successfully.
