Error when sending data to Google Earth

Troubleshooting


Problem

When trying to send entities from a chart to Google Earth, an error message is displayed. This problem only happens on some computers, and if a new user connects to the same computer with his Windows account, the problem is not happening.

Symptom

Error message displayed :
Google Earth failed to initialize. Please check that Google Earth version 4.2 or higher is installed, it is configured correctly and that your connection to the Google Earth server is working.
