Problem
This technote identifies problem when attempting to run the Jazz Team Server on IBM Websphere Application Server 6.1 and provides a fix for the issue
Symptom
The following is the sample screen of errors capture from Jazz Admin Web UI, after Jazz Team Server is loaded under Websphere Application Server.

Under Server, Statistics tab from the Web UI of Jazz Team Server, shows the following error:
- Error fetching active services information (detailed message: Error 500: CRJAZ1118I Unable to load server configuration.)
