The Data Modeler and Web Modeler Add-Ins in IBM® Rational Rose® require the Microsoft® .NET framework. The .NET framework must be installed prior to installing Rational® Rose for proper functionality. If the Data Modeler Add-In or the Web Modeler Add-In is enabled, the .NET framework is not installed, and Rose is launched, the error message []
