Problem
One or more tables within the database cannot be accessed. They may no longer exist or the user may not have specific privileges granted to them in order to access the database. These tables will not be included in the schema.
Symptom
Database trace shows: ERROR: character with byte sequence
0xef 0xbf 0xbd in encoding "UTF8" has no equivalent in encoding
"WIN1252"
