Troubleshooting
Problem
Unable to start via cogconfig.sh as the following error is displays and fails to start.
Symptom
ERROR [main] org.apache.commons.digester.Digester - Parse Fatal Error at line 10 column 36: The value of attribute "password" associated with an element type "user" must not contain the '<' character.
