Error 'The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send' when performing a Data Import

Troubleshooting


Problem

User clicks 'Transfer - Import Data'. User browses to import file name (e.g. xxx.FZD), and clicks 'import' button. Soon afterwards, user receives error message.

Symptom

Screen error message:

    Error
    The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred on a send.
    [OK]
