Error "Unable to extract CAB file" when upgrading ITM agent

Troubleshooting


Problem

When trying to upgrade ITM agent by using sppatch.exe command below error is outputted:

Unable to extract CAB file G:\Temp\IBM\ITMSPPATCH\6.3.0.7-TIV-ITM-Windows-SP0005\kui_winnt_tecm_if0011.cab: 5
