Error: String index out of range: 0 when attempt to verify URL Mapping during Server Rename

Troubleshooting


Problem

When attempting to perform verify URL mapping during server rename process for IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), you may encounter the following error in the repotools-jts_verifyURLMappings.log:

Symptom

If this error is present in your repotools-jts_verifyURLMappings.log, you will not be able to proceed with the ELM Server Rename.
